Board of Procter & Gamble Hygiene &Healthcare recommends final dividend

Procter & Gamble Hygiene &Healthcare announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2025, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 65 per equity Share (i.e. 650%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
