Quick Heal Technologies has allotted 1,99,535 equity shares under ESOP on 08 August 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 53,77,88,160/- divided into 5,37,78,816 Nos. of equity share of Rs 10/- each.
