Board of R Systems International approves NCD issuance up to Rs 275 cr

The Board of R Systems International at its meeting held on 09 July 2025 has approved raising of funds by issuance of rated, listed, unsecured, redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis for an aggregate amount up to Rs 275 crore.
