Rainbow Childrens Medicare allots 5,986 equity shares under ESOP

Rainbow Childrens Medicare has allotted 5,986 equity shares under ESOP on 22 August 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased to 10,15,51,673 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
