Ramco Systems allots 1.04 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Ramco Systems has allotted 1,04,224 equity shares under ESOP on 17 September 2024. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 3,71,28,748 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
