Rane Holdings receives CCI approval for acquisition of balance 51% stake in Rane NSK Steering Systems

Rane Holdings has received the approval of Competition Commission of India for proposed acquisition of the balance 51% stake of NSK, Japan in the joint venture company, Rane NSK Steering Systems.
