Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers allots NCDs aggregating Rs 300 cr

Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers has allotted 30,000 7.99% Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Cumulative, Taxable, Non Convertible Bonds in the nature of Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs.1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs. 300 crore on private placement basis.
