RBL Bank has allotted 1,05,151 equity shares under ESOP on 03 April 2025.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased from 60,78,76,059 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 607,87,60,590 to 60,79,81,210 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 607,98,12,100.
