RBL Bank allots 2.21 lakh equity shares under ESOP

RBL Bank has allotted 2,21,171 equity shares under ESOP on 16 August 2024. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased from 60,67,85,583 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 606,78,55,830 to 60,70,06,754 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 607,00,67,540.
