We further inform that in terms of Companys Code of Conduct the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company which was already closed from 01st July 2024 in terms of our earlier notice dated 29th June 2024 related to Closure of the Trading Window shall accordingly now remain closed till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended as on 30th June 2024.
