Board of Roadstar Infra Investment Trust recommends first interim dividend

Roadstar Infra Investment Trust announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2025, inter alia, have recommended the first interim dividend of Rs 8.9 per equity Share (i.e. 8.9%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
