RUNGTA IRRIGATION LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2024. Further pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code of Conduct) the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from 31st December 2024 for the designated persons and will be opened 48 hours after announcement of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31 2024.
