Rushil Decor allots 9 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Rushil Decor has allotted 9 lakh equity shares on conversion of equivalent number of convertible warrants on 21 August 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 27,44,16,820 equity shares of Re 1 each.
