Board of Saksoft approves bonus issue of 1:4

The Board of Saksoft at its meeting held on 07 August 2024 has approved issue of bonus shares in ratio of 1:4 (one new bonus equity share of Re 1 each for every four existing equity shares of Re 1 each).
