Sammaan Capital plans foreign currency denominated bonds issuance

Sammaan Capital has approved issuance of foreign currency denominated bonds (Fixed Rate, Senior Secured Social US$ Notes) by the company and the preliminary offering circular in relation to the issue on 24 March 2025.
