Sapphire Foods India allots 26,332 equity share under ESOP

Sapphire Foods India has allotted 26,332 equity shares under ESOP on 21 August 2024. Consequent to the above allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 63,79,21,940/- divided into 6,37,92,194 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
