Sapphire Foods India has allotted 29,105 equity shares under ESOP on 18 February 2025. Consequent to the above allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 64,18,30,848/- divided into 32,09,15,424 equity shares of Rs.2/- each.
