Saraswati Commercial acquires 4.44 lakh equity shares of Veranda Learning Solutions

Saraswati Commercial (India) announced that Veranda Learning Solutions has allotted 4,44,049 equity shares to the company consequent to its investment of Rs 9.99 crore  in the QIP issue of Veranda Learning Solution.
