Saraswati Commercial raises Rs 78.62 cr through preferential allotment of shares

Saraswati Commercial (India) has allotted 66,000 equity shares on preferential basis to Winro Commercial (India) at an issue price of Rs 11,913 per equity shares (including a premium of Rs 11,903 per equity share) for an aggregate consideration of Rs 78.62 crore.
