SAREGAMA INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2025 inter alia to consider and approve 1. to consider approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2024 as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations; and 2. to consider and approve a proposal for declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25 and fixing the Record Date for the payment of the Interim Dividend if declared.
