Saurashtra Cement allots 46,942 equity shares under ESOP

Saurashtra Cement has allotted 46,942 equity shares under ESOP on 23 August 2024. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs.111,02,94,850 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
