Board of Saven Technologies recommends Interim Dividend

Saven Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 February 2024, has recommended a Interim dividend of Rs.1.50 per share (i.e.150%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
