SBFC Finance has allotted 4,06,657 equity shares under ESOS on 17 July 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 1,08,92,27,818 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 10,89,22,78,180 /-.
