SBI Life Insurance Company has allotted 27,971 equity shares under ESOS on 14 February 2025. Post the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company is Rs. 10,02,11,69,710/- consisting of 100,21,16,971 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
