SG Finserve grants 34,500 stock options under ESOS

SG Finserve has approved the grant of 34,500 Employee Stock Options (Options) convertible into an equal number of Equity Shares of the Company of face value of Rs 10/- each, under the Moongipa Securities Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2022 (Scheme).
