Shakti Pumps (India) has invested Rs 6 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary, Shakti EV Mobility by subscribing to 60,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each. The consolidated investment is Rs. 45 crore after subscribing aforesaid equity shares.
