Board of Shelter Pharma recommends final dividend

Shelter Pharma announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 7 September 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.33 per equity Share (i.e. 3.3%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
