Board of Shraddha Prime Projects recommends interim dividend

Shraddha Prime Projects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 September 2024, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 0.2 per equity Share (i.e. 2%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
