Shree Digvijay Cement Co. allots 4.07 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Shree Digvijay Cement Co. has allotted 4,07,500 equity shares under ESOP on 10 November 2024. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 1,47,81,42,780 (14,78,14,278 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each).
