To consider and approve unaudited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2024. 2. Any other business with the permission of the chairman, if any. Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window has been closed for trading in the Securities of the Company From January 01, 2025, to till 48 (forty-eight) hours after the conclusion of the above-mentioned Board Meeting.
