Shriram Finance allots 30,101 equity shares under ESOS

Shriram Finance has allotted 30,101 equity shares under ESOS. Pursuant to allotment of the equity shares, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs.3,75,93,11,490/- to Rs.3,75,96,12,500/-.
