SIKA Interplant System completes acqusition of balance stake in Aerotek Sika Aviosystems

SIKA Interplant Systems (SIKA) has completed the acquisition of the remaining 49.14% equity share capital of Aerotek Sika Aviosystems (ASAPL). Consequent to the completion of this acquisition, ASAPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of SIKA.
