SIYARAM SILK MILLS LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/10/2024 inter alia to consider and approve This is to inform you that in terms with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday 26th October 2024 inter alia to :- 1.Consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024 and to consider and declare Interim Dividend if any for the F.Y.2024-25. 2.Discuss and consider a proposal for issuance of bonus securities to the shareholders of the Company.
