SMIFS CAPITAL MARKETS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/11/2024 inter alia to consider and approve approval of appointment of Mr. Shreemanta Banerjee as Chief Financial Officer cum Vice President (Finance & Taxation) of the Company. This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday November 26 2024 at the Registered office of the Company at Vaibhav (4F) 4 Lee Road Kolkata -700020 at 10:30 A.M. inter-alia to approve the appointment of Mr. Shreemanta Banerjee as Chief Financial Officer cum Vice President (Finance & Taxation) of the Company with effect from opening of the business hours of November 26 2024 on such terms and conditions of appointment as may be finalised by the Board of Directors of the Company. As per the Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-SEC-4/P/CIR/2022/107 dated August 05 2022 the Shares held by Designated Persons (as mentioned in Annexure of our letter dated November 18 2024) in SMIFS Capital Markets Limited shall be unfreezed on the expiry of 48 Hours after the date of Board Meeting.
