SOM DISTILLERIES & BREWERIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/01/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 28th day of January, 2025 at the Corporate Office of the Company at 23, Zone II, M.P. Nagar Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh - 462011 inter- alia to transact the following business: To consider and approve the Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended December 31, 2024 as recommended by the Audit Committee which will consider and review the same in its meeting scheduled to be held on the same day; Any other matter with the approval of the Chairperson. 'Trading Window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company was closed from 1st day of January, 2025 and shall remain closed till the end of business hours on 30th day of January, 2025 i.e., 48 hours after the scheduled Board Meeting.
