Spandana Sphoorty Financial has allotted 15,000 Listed, Rated, Senior, Secured, Transferable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs 1,00,000 each at premium of Rs 244.80/- per debenture, total aggregating to Rs 150,36,72,000 on private placement basis.
