Sparc Electrex Limited will be held on 14th February 2025 on Friday at the Registered Office of the Company at 03.00 p.m. to transact the following item of businesses: 1. To consider & approve the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024 along with LRR thereon pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 as amended. 2. To appoint M/s Madhuri J. Bohra & Associates (COP No: 20329) Practicing Company Secretary for conducting Secretarial Audit in terms of Section 204 of the Companies Act 2013 and Audit under Regulation 24A of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 for F.Y. 2024-25. 3.
