SRG Housing Finance allots 7.76 lakh equity shares on preferential basis

SRG Housing Finance has allotted 7,76,263 equity shares of Rs 10 each at an issue price of Rs 333 per share preferential basis. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 14,27,62,630/- consisting of 1,42,76,263 equity shares .
