SRM Energy Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and financial year ended on March 31 2025 along with Audited Financial Statements (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Financial year 2024-25 and to transact any other matter the Board may think fit. In context to the above and in reference to our earlier intimation dated March 26 2025 regarding the closure of the Trading Window please also take on record that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from April 01 2025 and which shall remain closed till May 12 2025 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
