Sterlite Technologies grants 9.50 lakh stock options

Sterlite Technologies has granted 950,294 stock options exercisable into equal number of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company, at an exercise price of Rs. 2/- per option. These stock options shall vest over a period of 4 years and shall be capable of being exercised within a period of five years from the date of vesting.
