Board of Suditi Industries approves allotment of 17.70 lakh equity shares

The Board of Suditi Industries on 07 February 2025 has approved the allotment of 17,70,000 equity shares at a price of Rs. 27.50 each aggregating upto Rs. 4,86,75,000/- on preferential basis to the persons/entities belonging to Non-Promoter Category.
