SVA INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2024 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday August 09th 2024 at 2.30 p.m. at 162-C Mittal Tower Nariman Point Mumbai-400 021 to transact the following businesses: 1. The Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30th 2024 along with Limited Review Report; and 2. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair. Further in terms of the Code of Conduct of Company adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed and shall open 48 hours after conclusion of the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 09th August 2024.
