Board of Swaraj Engines recommends final dividend

Swaraj Engines announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 16 April 2025, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 104.5 per equity Share (i.e. 1045%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
