Board of Taneja Aerospace & Aviation recommends first interim dividend

Taneja Aerospace & Aviation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on , inter alia, have recommended the first interim dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 20%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
