Tanla Platforms allots 1.07 lakh equity shares under RSUP

Tanla Platforms has allotted 1,07,499 equity shares under Restricted Stock Unit Plan. Post allotment, the issued share capital has increased to 13,45,67,359 equity shares of Re 1 each.
