Board of TARC approves allotment of debentures aggregating Rs 409 cr

The Board of TARC has approved the allotment of 40,900 Debentures of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each aggregating to Rs 409 crore on private placement basis to Lidia Opportunities Fund SSA - Scheme I.
