TASTY BITE EATABLES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 07 February 2025, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31 December 2024. In view of declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended 31 December 2024, 'Trading Window' under Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, has been closed for all directors and designated persons from 01 January 2025 and shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours of the announcement of Financial Results by the Company.
