Tata Elxsi allots 530 equity shares under ESOP

Tata Elxsi has allotted 530 equity shares under ESOP on 28 February 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased to Rs. 62,28,41,280 divided into 6,22,84,128 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
