Tata Motors Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 19/03/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the issuance of Rated Listed Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis aggregating upto Rs 2000 crore.
