TCI Express allots 15,200 equity shares under ESOS

TCI Express has allotted 15,200 equity shares under ESOS. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has been increased from 38,364,820 to 38,380,020 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
